We now support offer suppression when you include the new device ID parameter in your Games iFrame or User Data API request. Suppression ensures users only see games they haven't installed on their devices.
Why it's important
Offer suppression increases conversion rates and in-app purchases by directing users' attention exclusively to eligible games. Fewer reversals due to ineligibility means more revenue for you and your users.
We also support multiple device IDs per user. When paired with the user's ID, we can customize a user's offers across their devices. For example, if a user installs a game on one device, they won't see that offer when accessing their account on other devices.
Additionally, we use device IDs to help detect and prevent user fraud.
Who it's for
The device ID query parameter is an optional feature available only in our Games iFrame and User Data API.
How it works
Include the device ID query parameter in your Games iFrame URL or User Data API request.
We'll return only the games the user has not previously installed on that device.
Things to know
You must send device IDs in IDFA (iOS) or ADID/GAID (Android) formats.
We handle all device IDs as generic and do not differentiate IDFA and ADID formats.
We support multiple device IDs per user.
