Delete Account Option for iFrame + Wallet Users

Coming soon! To support GDPR compliance, we’ve added new options to the Support form that allow users to request account deletion or export their personal data.

Who it’s for

This update applies to partners using our iFrame + Wallet solution.

How it works

Users can now submit requests through the Support form to:

  • Delete their account

  • Export their personal data

Once submitted, our Support team will review and process the request. After processing, the team will either confirm the account deletion or provide the requested data directly to the user.

No integration changes are required from partners.
