The Retry Failed Postbacks page in the Besitos Admin Portal allows partners to review and resend postbacks that were not successfully delivered. This tool provides visibility into postback delivery issues and makes it easy to retry failed requests without support.
We recommend that you review failed postbacks periodically to ensure no important events were missed.
Preview failed postbacks
When a postback fails to deliver successfully, it is recorded and made available in Retry Failed Postbacks page.
To preview failed postbacks:
Select a date range to investigate.
Click Preview Failed Postbacks.
Review key details, including date, user ID, game name, etc.
Investigating why postback failed
There are many reasons why postback may fail, including incorrect webhook configuration, missing parameters, and hash validation issues. The retry flow will help you identify and resolve these issues.
Before you retry a failed postback, verify:
That your postback webhook is available and responding correctly.
That the webhook parameters and validation are configured properly.

Retry failed postbacks
Simply, select a failed postback in the selected date range and click Retry Failed Postback.
The exact same postback payload will be resent. A success message will appear if the attempt is successful.
