*Contact your Besitos Account Manager to enable PayPal and Venmo cashout options. Gift cards are not currently supported for users outside of the US.
What to expect
Payout requests are monitored seven days a week from 9 AM–5 PM ET.
Payouts are processed daily by our Support team.
A robust fraud detection system helps protect both partners and users.
While rewards may include a pending period (as noted in offer details), payouts are issued without delay unless fraudulent activity is suspected.
Cashout experience
These steps describe how your users will interact with Wallet and what they can expect with our Rewards Catalog.
Visit the offerwall and sign up to get started.
Participate in available offers and meet goals to earn rewards.
Go to Wallet to track earnings and cash out.
Click Redeem.
Enter a withdrawal amount and email address in the Redeem Rewards modal, then click Send Verification Email. We send a verification code to the user’s email address to help keep their rewards safe.
Copy the verification code sent via email, paste it into the Redeem Rewards modal, and click Redeem Rewards.
The request must be approved by our team before the user can continue.
Look for an email containing the Reward Link. Follow the instructions in the email to redeem the reward in the Rewards Catalog.
In the Rewards Catalog, users can choose how they'd like to redeem their rewards. At checkout, they will be asked to confirm their email address to ensure that their chosen reward or donation receipt is sent to the correct address.
